First, you should check the “Knowledge Base” for any answers. If you can’t find a solution there, move on to the “Help & Support Forums” where you can post your question directly for me to answer.

If you are an existing user who purchased an item on/after 09/01/2015 and whose support package just recently expired and you already purchased a new support package, but still don’t get access to the forum, please contact me, as the system is re-checking license codes at set intervals (otherwise, the site would be flooding the Envato API with requests), and the system might not have updated your respective license code with your new support package yet.

Once you informed me of your new support package, I can trigger a manual re-check from my end, which will update your user information accordingly.

My support (free for the first 6 months after purchase) does NOT include customization and installation services and handling of third party software (including themes and other plugins), unless that software is a requirement for my product.
